
The 28 Day reset is can be done at time. We generally limit these to 2-3 people a month so you we can help you better.

Absolutely not. All that matters is that you're willing to show up. You are not left on your own to figure this out. We will be there coaching and guiding you in every session. Helping you get the most out of our sessions.
The majority of our clientele are 40+ with several in their 50s, 60s and even 70s. So no, there is not an age limit. welcome all ages and abilities.
All of our sessions are 50 minutes max. Which means you can get in and out in a decent timeframe and still got a great effective workout in. You don't need any longer.
On the trial you will get access to 12 Small Group PT sessions and 4 of our Fitness Classes to use over a 28 day period. You'll receive an in-depth 1:1 consultation where we will assess your fitness, movement and set you up with a nutrition plan to help you maximise the 28 days you're with us
If you loved your 28 days and want to continue training with us then it is very easy to transition to a full membership. There are several options available ranging from £140-£200+ per month, depending on how much personal training you actually need.
Memberships work on a monthly rolling basis and are subject to a 28 day notice period.
If, after your trial, you decide Livestrong isn't for you then there is absolutely no commitment to stay.
