AN IN-DEPTH ONBOARDING SESSION

You'll have a 1:1 consultation and assessment where we will run you through your nutrition protocols and goals. We want to make sure we're tracking the right things to keep you motivated and accountable. As well as a movement screening and assessment.

ACCESS TO 18 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Over 6 weeks, you'll have up to 3 SGPT session each week with a flexible timetable and expert Coaching. You'll never be left to own your devices, trying to figure it all out. You'll also have access to our Sweat and Yoga Classes as well.

FULL NUTRITION SUPPORT

We'll give you full access to our in-house nutritionist, our bespoke nutrition modules and resources. We'll provide you a nutrition strategy that works for you and eliminate the guess work.

COMMUNITY & ACCOUNTABILITY

I'll be supporting you 1:1 throughout the entire 6 Weeks, ensuring you're getting exactly what you need. You'll also be training within our amazing community. If you want

When does the 6 Week Kickstarter start?

The 6 weeks starts on the day you do your onboarding session. We also account for holidays and time away during this period so don't let that stop you. We'll simply extend your trial to cover the week, or 2, that you miss whilst on holiday.

My fitness level isn't very good - can I still do this?

Yes ABSOLUTELY. And we'll certainly make you fitter. We work with all fitness levels from those who have never trained before in their lives to people who have trained for years.

You'll be catered for in every session. Where you feel you are now should never stop you moving forward!

How much can you realistically achieve in 6 Weeks?

It really depends on how much you're willing to commit and to what your goals are. If it's weightloss and improved body composition. You can achieve a lot. You'll no doubt be feeling better in your clothes and more confident in yourself.

What happens after the 21 Days?

Most people end up staying on either via membership but we can discuss this as we go through the programme and what the next phase will look like for you.

How small are Small Group PT Sessions?

We have a maximum of 5 clients in a session. So very small! NO MORE being one of 50 people in a large group class, at the back of the room not knowing what's going on, wondering if you're doing things properly or potentially injuring yourself...

What other sessions are available on the trial?

We have our Sweat class and Yoga which are 2 additions to your 6 Week Kickstarter. Our Sweat class is a quick 30 minute session designed to help you improve your aerobic fitness. Just like our PT, it will be tailored to your current abilities. Yoga is currently on twice a week and is easily the most popular session of the week. Learn to move your body and unwind!
